We've been to the pool a lot in the past month, trying to beat the 100+ degree summer heat. Jack is swimming so well, I'm so proud of him. He jumps in willingly, where he has no hope of touching the bottom, and swims to me. We've been working on his breathing while swimming, so he can take breaths and swim farther without help. And Jason loves, loves the water. He loves splashing it, walking up and down the steps, and floating around. While my mom visited one morning, she got him "swimming" a few feet, from her to the steps. What a brave little boy!
Now, re-watch the video and enjoy the irony of the big brother sitting in the baby float while the baby swims sans help.
