On a scale of 1-10, how disturbed would you be if your neighbors hadn't set out their trash for 3 weeks in a row? And by the way, they are definitely home.
Oh, you must be talking about me! I have missed two trash pickups in a row! Of course, there are only two of us and one of us is pint sized, so our cans aren't even full. :-) Neighbors can be so fun, eh?
maybe they are taking the green challenge and not having any waste for X amount of time? Or maybe they have a secret trash pickup...or maybe they are worried about people picking thru their trash and so they take it to the dump themselves. Or maybe...just kidding. ;) Seriously tho...probably a 5. I wonder what they do with it?
